Terms of Service

247Aisupports is an AI-powered customer service platform that enables businesses to deploy AI chat, voice, and email agents on their websites. The Service includes AI agent configuration, knowledge base management, analytics, and embeddable widgets.

• Accounts are created by invitation or through our onboarding process
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One business entity may hold one account unless otherwise arranged

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's AI logic or system prompts
• Use the Service to generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
• Exceed your plan's conversation or storage limits without arrangement
• Share or redistribute your API keys to unauthorized parties

• Plans are billed monthly at the rates listed on our pricing page
• Prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, GCash, or Maya
• When a plan's voice minutes run out, calls continue at the Flex Minutes rate of ₱2/min (when enabled), billed on the next invoice
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

• You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service (knowledge bases, documents, configurations)
• Conversation data between your AI agents and your customers belongs to you
• We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy
• You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service

• We target 99.9% uptime availability but do not guarantee it
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• AI response quality depends on the knowledge base content you provide
• We are not liable for AI responses that are inaccurate or inappropriate

• API keys are provided for widget integration on your websites
• You are responsible for configuring allowed origins in your dashboard to restrict API key usage to your domains
• We are not liable for unauthorized usage resulting from improperly secured API keys

• Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' written notice
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted
• You may request an export of your data before termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 247Aisupports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
